Launching a business is an exciting and time-consuming process - one our team at The Burnette Agency is happy to help with. When our client, Paula, Owner of Fiscally Balanced reached out for help with a logo and brand identity for her new business, we were excited at the prospect of developing collateral and guiding her through the process from concept to implementation.
This is where it all started! After an initial consultation covering inspiration and vision, the real fun began. At this stage, our Graphic Designer (Tabita Strimbu) worked to create logo concepts embodying the goals, core values, and inspiration behind Fiscally Balanced. We presented multiple logos and branding concepts to provide the client with options to best fit their vision. Once the concept was selected, we set out to further refine the designs by making edits, curating color palettes, and selecting typography.
Once the client is excited about the final logo concepts we’ve created, we set out to create a distinct and lasting brand identity. Business cards, letterhead, stationery, websites and any marketing collateral are all created and refined with constant feedback, tweaks and changes until we are all pleased with the final result. With Fiscally Balanced, we started with the design of business cards, thank you cards, and a services brochure showcasing all of the service offerings! Designing collateral in line with the logo, color, and typography selected creates a recognizable and unique brand identity for each client. This stage is also where we take our client’s brand identity one step further by designing a sophisticated website. With Fiscally Balanced, we worked hard to create a site that was functional, aesthetically pleasing and SEO friendly.
After the branding, collateral, and website were all completed, we secured social media profiles and prepared for launch day! This is what we have been working towards with our client from the very beginning, which makes this the most fun part. As the website goes live, emails go out, and announcements get posted, we watch the dream come to life! We must admit, it’s our favorite part of the process.

After the excitement of starting a new business settles we begin to strategize.
