Hello! I am the newest social media intern at The Burnette Agency. I’m from Scottsdale, Arizona, but grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. I decided to make the solo move to Atlanta to finish up my last semester of college online and in the city of my choosing.
I am ahead of schedule to receive my BA in Advertising and Strategic Communications at Lindenwood University, where I was granted a character scholarship for my participation in the Miss WI USA and Miss AZ USA pageants.
Within the last year, I discovered my love for all things creative. For a semester I was in charge of a podcast for my University; managing all social media posts as well as the actual creating and editing of each week’s recordings.
When I’m not browsing and capturing new trends on social media, you can find me staying active and as close to nature as possible, even in the city. Whether that’s going to the gym, shopping for deals at PCM or adding new plants to my already extensive collection, I always try to satisfy my need to stay busy.
A personal goal I have is to continue to travel whenever the opportunity presents itself. This was always an important aspect of my college career as I would travel for work to Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and New York while I was a full-time student in Missouri. Living in the moment and taking advantage of the opportunities that I work hard for is something I will always cherish, there is no time like the present!
